PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the digital copying machine in which the similar characteristic to image memory configuration for plural original pages is obtained by the image memory configuration for one original page. SOLUTION: The copying machine has a lien synchronizing signal generating section 45, a picture element synchronizing signal generating section 44, and an image memory 42 whose capacity is equivalent to that for one original page. Image data A stored in advance in the image memory 42 and before image synthesis are read synchronously with input image data B from a read section. The two image data A, B are synthesized by an image composition section 43 and image data C after the composition are stored in idle areas of the image memory 42 from which the data A are outputted. The image processing of read, composition and write of the image data is executed in parallel under the control of a memory control section 41. The memory image for one original page and a scanner image are composition and plot output image data after a 2nd page are outputted from the image memory 42. |
