PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a sterilization time and solve a problem of secondary environmental pollution by circulating ozone gas into a pressure container at an upper stage from an apparatus storing case at a lower stage through a pipe, sterilizing a material to be sterilized, and resuming the gas to the original air through a recovery gas and a catalyzer. SOLUTION: This device comprises an integrated casing made of stainless steel plates, composed of a pressure vessel (can) 1 at an upper stage and an apparatus storing case at a lower stage. An ozone generator 9 is installed at the lower stage while being connected to an ozone gas pressure vessel 10 disposed thereat through a pipe. For use, a material to be sterilized is put in an exclusive case and stored in the can 1, and after a door is closed a start button is pushed. When a series of equipment in the can 1 has satisfied each set condition, the ozone gas having an optimum sterilization concentration is jetted out for the sterilization while being circulated between the can 1 and the generator 9, and the remaining ozone gas after the sterilization operation is fed to a catalyzer in the generator 9 by means of an ozone recovery fan 4, and after it is resumed to the original air thereby and returned into the can 1. |
