<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball giving the improved initial velocity (repulsion property) of the ball, increased carry, while having an excellent driving feel, controllability, improved abrasion resistance, few discoloration on the surface of a cover and satisfactory molding property by using a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer in which a diisocyanate used is aliphatic having a specified viscoelasticity as a main component of cover resin. SOLUTION: In a golf ball consisting of a core and a cover covering the core, thermoplastic polyurethan elastomer in which a diisocyanate used is aliphatic having -20 deg.C or less of Tanδpeak temperature by viscoelasticity measurement is used for a main resin component of the cover.</p> |
