PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reference current with a small temperature dependency and an accurate current by generating a voltage without temperature dependency by a regulator circuit and controlling a level at a connecting point between a reference resistor and a transistor(TR) supplying current thereto based on the voltage. SOLUTION: A reference voltage generating circuit 14 receives a voltage with very small temperature dependency from a regulator circuit 13, divides the voltage and transistors(TRs) Q5, Q6 are used to compare the voltage with a terminal voltage of a reference resistor Rs. As a result, in the case of dividing a terminal voltage across the reference voltage Rs, in this case 1.0V, by a resistance of the resistor, the quotient is 0.1mA in this case, and since the current dependency is very small because the terminal voltage and the temperature dependency of the resistance of the reference resistor Rs are very small. Then a current the same as the current flows to reference supply TRs Qr1-Qrn of current mirror connection and a TR 11. Thus, the current without temperature dependency is given to each circuit as a reference current.
|
