<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous sampling even at a time of single system independent operation without largely altering a conventional structure. SOLUTION: Three heat exchangers 1A, 1B, 1C respectively connected to flow control valves 2A in series by pipings and cooling moisture contained in sampled gas to freeze the same and a control unit 3 controlling the heat exchangers 1A, 1B, 1C and flow control valves 2A, 2B so as to change over them so that three heat exchangers 1A, 1B, 1C cyclically operates three processes of precooling, sampling and freezing/recovery in succession so as to perform mutually different processes are provided. By this constitution, the operation safety of a moisture recovery apparatus can be enhanced.</p> |
