PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the opening angle of a pressing plate and to stably open the pressing plate at the opened position thereof. SOLUTION: The upper surface 1a of a device body 1 is provided with a regulation member 46 for regulating the opening angleθof the pressing plate 21 in a state where it abuts on the side surface 21b of the plate 21 on a hinge 22A side when the plate 21 is opened. Thus, since the weight of the plate 21 is received by the body 1 through the regulation member 46 because the side surface 21b abuts on the regulation member 46 and the opening angleθof the plate 21 is regulated when the plate 21 is opened, the opening angle is regulated in a state where the plate 21 is stably opened. Besides, since the generation of rotational moment with the turning supporting points of the hinges 22A and 22B as a center can be suppressed, the hinges are prevented from being damaged when the plate 21 is opened and closed.
