摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for vertically hanging a wet type copper electrolytic starting sheet which is capable of preventing a short-circuit accident caused by contact between an anode and a cathode, is capable of improving packing density of respective electrodes in an electrolytic cell, namely, improving production capacity of products. SOLUTION: In this method for vertically hanging the wet type copper electrolytic starting sheet having sizes of 0.6 to 1.0mm thickness and width×height of 800mm×800mm to 1200mm×1200mm, hanger ribbons 2 made of copper are formed to have sizes in which weight is >=0.75 to <=3.8% of weight of the starting sheet 1, total length is >=320 to <=600mm and width is >=15 to <=100mm so that he starting sheet 1 to be a cathode can be vertically hung down by its own weight. In such a manner, the charging sheet number of anode and cathode in the electrolytic cell at he time of wet type copper electrolyzing can be increased by 8% and time fact means that production capacity per unit electrolytic cell volume is increased by 8%.
