PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working accuracy and working speed of the surface finishing of a wood by a method wherein the rectangular cutter angles of a cutting blade part made of sintered diamond are specified. SOLUTION: The flank 5 to the face 4 of a sintered diamond cutting blade part 2, which is produced by sintering diamond particles through sintering assistant at extremely high temperature and pressure, consists of two steps or a first flank 5', which has a region ranging 0.05mm from the position in contact with a face 4 with a first relief angleα1 of 25 deg. or a rectangular cutter angle of 65 deg., and a second flank 5" locating at a position far apart from the face beyond the region (b) of the first flank. By setting a second relief angleα2 formed by a second flank 5" to be 35 deg., a rectangular cutter angle A2 is constituted to be 55 deg.. Concretely, this rectangular cutter is set to be within the range of 60-70 deg. at the first step while within the range of 50-60 deg. at the second step. At the same time, the flank 5 of the first step is set to range at least 0.03-0.20mm, preferably 0.03-0.10mm from the face 4.
