PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a mutual interference between an FM demodulation/image processing IC and QPSK(quardrature phase-shift keying)/ PCM(phase mode modulation)/DAC(digital/analog conversion) IC to obtain an image signal and a sound signal, which are mormal, by a method wherein shielding plates are provided interposingly between the ICs, which are integrally constituted. SOLUTION: An FM modulation/image processing IC30, which performs FM demodulation processing to a satellite broadcasting signal converted into an IF(intermediate frequency) and performs image signal processing, is provided on the side of an output terminal 11, while a QPSK/PCM/DAC IC31, which performs a QPSK demodulation processing, a PCM demodulation processing and a D/A conversion processing on a sound signal subjected to FM modulation processing, is arranged in such a way that it is receded in the opposite direction to input terminals 3 and 4. At this time, two sheets of shielding plates 32 and 33 are made to interpose between the ICs30 and 31. As a result, a high frequency, which is generated from the IC31, is shielded with the plates 32 and 33 and the generation of a mutual intervention between both ICs30 and 31 is prevented.
