<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma generating device of small electric capacity, low cost, and light weight which can be easily carried. SOLUTION: A plasma generating device 1 is provided with a simple switch circuit 3 to generate high frequency AC power by a switch drive magnet 16 on which magnetization and demagnetization are repeated by AC power, and a contact switch S opened/closed by this magnet 16, a simple transformer circuit 4 to convert high frequency AC power outputted from the switch circuit 3 into a high voltage, and a discharge electrode 5 to generate plasma by receiving high-frequency high-voltage AC power outputted from the transformer circuit 4 to generate corona discharge when it gets closer to a counter electrode. The switch circuit 3, transformer circuit 4, and discharge electrode 5 are all of simple and compact structure, so this plasma generating device 1 can be easily carried, achieving small electric capacity and low cost.</p> |
