<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the erroneous recognition or the like of a setting change in spite of ability of an operator at the time of a change to ordinary operation after the end of maintenance and check, etc., by storing a main set value to be used at the time of ordinary operation and a temporarily set numerical value corrected at the time of maintenance in a storage means together with an identifying means for identifying either main setting or temporary setting. SOLUTION: In an auxiliary storage device 5 of a maintenance tool, the pair of a macro name and the main setting of macro is preserved for each controller 1. At the controller 1, the macros of computing elements are arranged in the order of arithmetic inside an execution program 11 for control. The data to be used for arithmetic by a macro arithmetic program are divided into analog data 14 or the like and stored in a work data area 13.
