<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method by a DB searching 8 method necessary in the case an operation guidance applicable to conditions based on a rule DB for operating drainage equipments dotted about intervals in an objective area to be controlled is performed. SOLUTION: A river control equipment operation guidance system inputs present river condition to estimate river condition forecast results obtained from the simulation of a river model after the elapse of specific time and the phenomenon of the whole objective area from the present pump operating information in drainage equipment locations, and it is equipped with a basin condition classifying section 5 classifying by scale of high waters. It is also equipped with a DB group 6 of countermeasures for flood by basin condition prepared in correspondence with the classified section and a DB retrieving section 7 of countermeasures for flood by basin conditions for performing retrieval to a drainage equipment operation rule by means of the DB group.</p> |
