PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To toughen a lower body of a user and improve the balance feeling of the body thereof by grounding a rolling center and rolling grounding part or grounding side, riding on an inclining rolling plate body, with both feet, normally or reversely rotating this appliance around the center of rolling through operation of the right and left feet. SOLUTION: This appliance is constructed by welding and fixing a rolling center 2 whose one end is formed in a semispherical shape at a center of rear surface of a disc-shaped rolling plate body 1 on which front surface antiskid members 9 are arranged. When the appliance is placed on a flat floor 70, the two points of the center 2 and a rolling grounding part 5 are grounded in an inclining state. Under the above condition, a user puts the feet on the body 1 and applies the load of weight on the left foot to thereby rotate the appliance in the normal direction, with the center 2 serving as the rotational axis and a lower part of the inclining surface serving as a rotational starting point, while rotate the same in the reverse direction with the right foot applied with the load of weight, whereby the rotational movement of the waist, knees and ankles are caused to attain the up and down exercise of the whole body. |
