摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate photographing of a large construction at a higher speed with a higher sensitivity by arranging a radiation generator, a two-dimensional collimator with a plurality of pores and a plurality of radiation detection fluorescent body and providing an optical means for directly condensing light as pixel. SOLUTION: An object 10 to be inspected such as bridge of a highway road is irradiated with fan-shaped high energy X rays 11 generated by an accelerator 1. A target of the accelerator 1 for generating the X rays is provided with a precollimator and the object 10 to be inspected 10 is irradiated with a fan beam 11. A radiation detecting means which comprises a two-dimensional collimator 2 arranged parallel to an angle of the fan beam with the target of the accelerator 1 as focus is provided on the rear of the object 10 to be inspected. This means detects a radiation to be converted to light and comprises the collimator 2 which restricts the scattering of a fan-like radiation to mainly detect a direct line and a scintillator 3 to convert the radiation obtained therefrom to light.
