PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and diameter of a duct by a method wherein a reversible ventilating fan, whose opposing rotary vanes arranged in a direction orthogonal to the flow direction of air are rotated in reverse, is arranged at the outdoor side end of an air flow passage to discharge indoor air to the outside of a room. SOLUTION: In an apartment house of concrete, the lower part of the floor 1 of an upper stage room is the wall 3, connected to an outer wall, of a lower stage room. A through hole 9 is provided in an inflated part 2 and a ventilating fan 10 is incorporated into the hole 9. Ducts 11, arranged in a space S1 between the inflated part 2 and an indoor surface member 5, and another space S2 between a floor unit 1 and a ceiling surface member 4, are connected to the ventilating fan 10 while a venting grille 12b, faced to the lower stage room from the ceiling surface member 4, is connected to the other end of the duct 11. An air flow passage 15, guiding indoor air to the outside of the room, is formed. The ventilating fan 10 is arranged at the outside of the room and the motor 34 of the ventilating fan 10 is positioned at a place far from the inside of the room whereby noise, invading into the room, can be reduced. |
