摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate production and to expand a visual field angle by arranging a microlens sheet consisting of a meshed sheet and optically transparent resins formed in the apertures of the meshed sheet on the observer surface of the liquid crystal cell. SOLUTION: The microlens sheet which consists of the meshed sheet and the optical transparent resins formed in the apertures of the meshed sheet and of which the resin shape in the apertures of the meshes is a concave lens shape is arranged on the observer side of a liquid crystal cell. Namely, the microlens sheet is constituted by attaching the meshed sheet 2 onto the transparent substrate 1 and forming the optically transparent resin 3 in the apertures of the meshed sheet 2 and forming the resin shape in the apertures of the meshes to the concave lens shape. In such a case, the meshed sheet is impregnated with a polymerizable compd. and the compd. is polymerized, by which the surface of the resins 3 formed in the apertures of the meshed sheet are formed to a meniscus shape. The surfaces eventually act as the concave lenses.
