<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the rise-up of initial brake operation while distributing the braking force of the front and rear wheel brakes in accordance with the characteristic and a use purpose of handlebar vehicle, by starting the initial operation of one of front and rear wheel brakes, which has a low initial operating value, prior to the other one. SOLUTION: A cable actuator 37 is a piston retractable type. An equalizer 38 is swingably and pivotally attached to the lower end of a piston rod 42a projected from a cylinder body 41, through the intermediary of a support shaft 47. A stopper wall 40a is provided in front of the equalizer 38. Wire cables 32, 34 are inserted through insertion holes 40b, 40b formed in the stopper wall 40a. The initial operating value of the front wheel brake 16 is set to be larger than that of the rear wheel brake 17. A one end part 38a of the equalizer 38 coupled thereto with the wire cable 32 from the front wheel brake 16, abuts against the stopper wall 40a.</p> |
