<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply stop time detector with which the time of power supply stop caused by any accident or the like is detected. SOLUTION: While power is supplied, time data Dt outputted from a clock means 5 are stored in plural buffers 42a-42d in every prescribed cycle while being circulated in prescribed order. Even when the power supply is stopped by power failure, etc., the storage means 4 and the clock means 5 are operated by a backup power source 6. When the power supply is started again after the stop of power supply, the time of power supply stop is detected based on the difference between the time data Dt stored in the buffers 42 just before the stop of power supply and the time data Dt outputted from the clock means 5 at the time point when the power supply is started again.</p> |
