<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respective reduce a valve hitting noise, water hammer noise and the width of temperature fluctuation at a heat exchanger for warming concerning a flow controller for controlling the flow rate of fluid to flow through a passage. SOLUTION: 1st-3rd opening parts 8d-8f are stepwisely formed on a side wall part 8a of a rotor of a flow control valve provided in a warm water circuit. Then, between a 1st position to fully open a 1st communication passage 23 for communicating the inlet pipe and outlet pipe of the flow control valve and a 2nd position to fully open the 1st communication passage 23, 3rd positions (a) and (b) are set. Then, duty control is performed so that the rotor can be repeatedly reciprocatively moved among these four positions.</p> |
