PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate drive wiring by unifying the directions of terminals for drive. SOLUTION: In this inverter device, terminals 3, 4 for drive are placed on the top of a transistor chip housing envelope on one side, and power collector terminals 1 are placed on the upper part or lower part of the terminals 3, 4 for drive either on the left side or on the right side. First transistor the power emitter terminals 2 of which are to be placed on the side opposite to the power collector terminals 1, and second transistors the terminal arrangement of which is the same as the first transistor are placed on the left side and the right side to form an inverter device. |
