PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple training system capable of reducing a system construction cost, introducing the training system at a low cost and being readily utilized by anybody for the health improvement of an aged person and a function recovery training in the recovery period of a slight illness or the like, etc. SOLUTION: A group of LED lamps 14 are installed with fixed intervals for a fixed distance from the departure point of a training course. A training object person adjusts a walking pace corresponding to the lighting pace of the LED lamps 14 and learns and masters the walking pace before passing through a lamp installation section. Thereafter, the training course is walked with the mastered pace. The walking records of a departure, progress in the middle and arrival, etc., are recorded in a recording card 9 such as a magnetic card or the like. After arriving at an end point, a walking result is evaluated in a computer 7 from the contents of the recording card 9. |
