PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly read simultaneous time globally at sight in a 12 hour system by a method wherein a main-timepiece provided with a sub-timepiece exclusively for east longitude zone and a sub-timepiece exclusively for west longitude zone and the sub-timepieces is produced as rotary disc type outer circumference time indicating timepieces to be turned in the same direction as the main-timepiece with the position of 12 o'clock set right above. SOLUTION: With regard to the shift of hour, the simultaneous time indicated by sub-timepieces in terms of longitude presents a gain from the west longitude in the east longitude and a delay from the east longitude in the west longitude in 12 hours between the east and west longitudes. The time is show in gain toward 180 deg. to the right in the east longitude and toward 0 deg. to the right in the west longitude and in delay to the left. Therefore, it is supposed that the time covers the east and west longitudes, not in the same longitude. In this case, when the gain exceeds 12 hours in a time region where time is added to 12 hours or a time region up to 12 hours at the longitude corresponding to the simultaneous time indicated, a gain area up to 12 hours is given to 180 deg. to the left the region where time is added toward 180 deg. starting from the time in the east longitudes corresponding to the simultaneous time in the west latitude. |
