PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To also measure, in an electrolytic water forming device, a pH value corresponding to a pH value changed by passage of time after electrolyzed water goes out to outside of the device. SOLUTION: Feed water is electrolyzed by an electrolyzer 2 of an electrolyzed water forming device 1 to continuously form alkaline ionic water and acidic ionic water. In inner channels 6, 6' from the formation of the alkaline ionic water and the acidic ionic water to the discharge of them to outside the device 1, measuring channels 7, 7' which branch off for measurement from the inner channels 6, 6' and join them respectively are installed. In the measuring channels 7, 7', pH sensors 3, 3' are installed, and on both the sides thereof, flow passage cutoff valves 4, 4' are installed. With electrolyzed water being continuously formed and passing through the inner channels 6, 6' and the measuring channels 7, 7', the measuring channels 7, 7' are cut off by the channel cutoff valves 4, 4' to stop the electrolyzed water at the pH detecting parts to leave there and separate the stopped water, an object to be measured, from newly delivered electrolyzed water, allowing the pH value of the electrolyzed water remaining in the detecting parts to be measured. |
