摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate proper die fastening force by calculating the die fastening force from the product of a projection area calculated by a three-dimensional CAD means, injection pressure set by a constant setting means and a coefficient. SOLUTION: A die fastening force calculation module 7 fetches data 2 calculating the projection area of a product part based on a product model from a 3D-CAD 1. Besides, the product model is converted into a finite element model by using a finite element model preparation tool 4 on the market, and the maximum injection pressure is calculated by performing resin flow analysis to this model while using a resin flow analytic tool 5. Further corresponding to the coefficient provided from the conventional experiential rules, the proper die fastening force is calculated by the expression of die fastening force = (product part projection area)×(injection pressure)×(coefficient). At an automatic molding machine selection module 8, any proper molding machine is selected based on cost information such as the schedule of suppliers or molding machine cost rate while defining the calculated die fastening force as one of strict conditions.
