PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which can be used as architecture, an inner wall material of a building, an outer wall material, a roof material, a ceiling material, a floor material, a partition material, a fire-proof door, etc., is free from the deformation such as swelling and warping after it is manufactured, and excels in waterproof property, air-tightness, fire-proof property, and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A plurality of fire-proof underlaid panel strips A obtained by forming an inorganic sheet 4 on a metal underlaid panel strip 3 having a cross section in the shape of reverse T character are fixed at a fixed pitch, and a core material 13 consisting of a plastic form 14 and an inorganic board 15 formed at an end is formed between a surface material 5 and a rear surface material 16. A fire-proof panel B formed in an abutting structure is fixed on the whole wall face between the fire-proof underlaid panel strips A by using a fixing toolβ, and a mounting tool D having a stable piece 20 which forms an inorganic sheet 24 in a joint part F between fire-proof panels B is fixed on a fixing part between the fire-proof panels B. Furthermore, an engaging part 28 of a joint cover E is fitted in a locking part 23 of the mounting tool D to form a mounting structure of the fire-proof panels integrally.
