摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease fluctuation of vol. resistivity from a core material toward the surface of a rubber layer of a rubber member obtd. by making the vol. resistivity of the rubber layer in a specified range and bonding the rubber layer to the core material with an adhesive layer with a higher vol. resistivity than the vol. resistivity of the rubber layer. SOLUTION: A rubber layer 22 is bonded on the outer periphery of an electrically conductive shaft 20 through an adhesive 21. The rubber layer 22 is semi- conductive and the vol. resistivity is 10 raised to the 8.5th power - 10 raised to the 12th powerΩ.cm. As an adhesive for forming an adhesive layer 21, there exist no special limitation on those materials which have higher vol. resistivity than the vol. resistivity of the rubber layer but those materials wherein an electric conductivity providing material is not incorporated are pref. The thickness of the adhesive layer 21 is made to be 2-50μm. It is possible thereby to decrease fluctuation of the vol. resistivity from the shaft 20 to the surface of the rubber layer 22 and decrease peeling-off of the rubber layer 22.
