JOINT STRUCTURE OF HEADER AND HEAT EXCHANGE TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a header and a heat exchange tube which is excellent not only in heat exchange efficiency but in endurance and reliability along with a smaller size and a lighter weight. SOLUTION: A plurality of heat exchange tubes 2 each having a V-shaped bent part 3 are joined at a fixed pitch (p) along the length of the circumferential surface of a header 1. Welding is used as joining method for a joint part 4. The angleθof adjustment of the bent part 3 is adjusted below 90 deg.. The heat exchange tubes 2 which are joined on the left side from the center X-X in the longitudinal direction of the header 1 are so arranged that the bent part 3 protrudes to the left along the direction of the axis O-O (longitudinal direction) of the header 1. The heat exchange tubes 2 which are joined on the right from the center X-X in the longitudinal direction of the header 1 are so arranged that the bent part 3 protrudes to the right along the direction of the axis (longitudinal direction) O-O of the header 1.
