PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect related to required tracking abnormality, to make possible mass production and to enhance reproducibility by providing a confirming tracking pattern on a part of a track. SOLUTION: An optical disk 10 is provided with a disk like disk substrate 11 having a central hole 11a, and a reflection film, a protection film successively formed on the surface of the substrate 11. Then, a cutting machine 30 shifts a spot of a cutting beam in the radial direction from an original track answering to a signal waveform from an optional waveform generator 32, and makes meander the track. Thus, the track pattern generating a confirming tracking driving current or a tracking error signal is formed beforehand and intentionally based on the signal waveform from the optional waveform generator 32. |
