摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain granulated powder having high fluidity by spraying and adding an organic solvent having a specific freezing temperature to anisotropic granulated powder having remaining magnetism, freezing the added powder below the freezing temperature and solidifying it, demagnetizing it in an alternating oscillating magnetic field after that, and increasing the temperature, and drying it, and removing the organic solvent in the solidified powder after that. SOLUTION: A binder composed of water and at least one kind of methyl cellulose, polyacryloamide, and polyvinyl alcohol is added to rare-earth containing metal powder having anisotropy, and is kneaded into a slurry. This slurry is made into granulated powder by a rotating disk type spray dryer. Anisotropic granulated powder having high fluidity is obtained by demagnetizing this granulated powder by an alternating oscillating magnetic field with it frozen and fixed with an organic solvent, and increasing the temperature above a freezing temperature after that, drying it and removing an organic solvent. On this occasion, it is desirable to use benzene (5 deg.C) having a freezing temperature 0-20 deg.C as an organic solvent.
