PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send many more frames while keeping image quality excellent. SOLUTION: An image signal output state recognition means 2 at an image receiver side recognizes an output state of an image signal outputted onto a display device 1. A recognition information notice means 3 reports output state recognition information to a transmitter side of the image signal and a recognition information acquisition means 4 of the image transmitter side acquires the output state recognition information. A coding control parameter decision means 5 decides a parameter of coding control from the acquired output state recognition information. Then an image processing signal control means 6 conducts image processing based on the decided parameter and sends the image processing signal to the display device 1. |
