PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the automatic control of a power generation system, by receiving the output signals from a power reception monitoring circuit and a protective relay monitoring circuit, comparing them with the operation state of a protective relay in every preset phenomenon of the accidents, and outputting the control output signals. for recovering the operation state of the protective relay. SOLUTION: A power reception monitoring circuit 190 judges the propriety of invalidating the output of protective relays which continue the operation at power stoppage, by monitoring the operation state of the protective relays 10-15 of a protective relay unit linked to the system by means of a protective relay monitoring circuits 170, and comparing the phenomena of an accident set in advance with the operation state of the protective relays 10-15 by means of a comparison circuit 180, and in the case of having judged that it is possible to invalidate that, it stops the output of the protective relay. Moreover, in the case of having judged the recovery impossible, it automatically restores the protective relay unit 160 linked to the system to its operation. Hereby, the automatic control of the power supply system can be materialized. |
