PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct air cooling means for a heat generation due to adsorption of a laser beam in a condensing lens of a laser beam machine such as a YAG laser beam welding machine for example, without the accompaniment of staining or the like on the upper surface caused by change in the focal position or dust in the ambient air. SOLUTION: The device is so structured that a blow-off port 7 is provided directly ejecting cooling air on the upper surface of a condensing lens 2, plural blow-off ports 8 forming an air screen (air curtain) above the upper surface of this condensing lens 2, and that air is supplied from the same air supply source. |
