A powder inhaler comprising an air compression chamber, a channel communicating with the chamber via an opening (53) and leading to an inhaling port, means for feeding a dose of powder into the channel, and a sensor (104) for sensing suction in the port. The inhaler further comprises a movable seal (70, 72) capable of sealing the port, and sensor-controlled means (84) for spacing the seal away from the port. Said inhaler is particularly useful for delivering a medicinal powder. |
