The present invention provides lyophilized compositions of an obesity protein. The compositions demonstrate remarkable stability and ease of manufacture and, significantly, are useful to prepare, stable pharmaceutical formulations useful for treating patients in need thereof. Thus, the invention further provides methods of using such formulations for the treatment of obesity, and disorders associated with obesity such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. |
