The apparatus is comprised of a hollow body (1) of which the shape, at least internally, can house a milk container (2), said container (2) being the milk container available in the market. Thereby, with the use of an electric heating resistance (5) coiled on the internal wall (3) of the body (1) of the apparatus, the milk contained in the commercial container (2) can be fermented without having to pour the milk into a glass, or similar container. The apparatus body (1) has a top closure lid to prevent heat loss, as well as a handle (8) and a ON/OFF switch (10). |
