A method of manufacturing resin coated aluminum alloy plates is provided which enables the molding of a drawn and ironed can which rarely has a broken wall, and which has a required strength, by carrying out a dry tape complex working including steps of bending and unbending at a die shoulder rounded portion of a small shoulder radius and a subsequent ironing step.
