Device for the removal of any foreign material or waste matter from fruit and vegetables or similar products as they pass down an inclined surface, is new. The surface (2) is made up of a number of pairs of rollers fixed to a frame (1), between feed (3) and exit (4) points. The pairs of rollers are situated side-by-side and /- 1 of each pair is powered to draw waste matter between the pair for removal.
