<p>A power supply has an accumulator (3) and a charger (6) within a thermally insulated container (2). There is also a heating element(10) inside with a temperature controller (11). The container has connecting bushes (4,7) for the loads and for connecting an energy source to the charger. The bushes have protective caps (5,8). The container has a lid that can be locked. The walls have good resistance to pressure and flexing.</p>
