Pile driving system using mobile tracked vehicle

The system is used for driving piles into the ground. It incorporates a vehicle carried on endless crawler tracks the vehicle has a mast which may be raised to a vertical position and may have a falling weight to drive the pile downward into the ground. A hole may be bored, using an expanding bit, which may then be filled with concrete (1). There is a central steel rod (2) which may be surrounded by a concrete sheath.
