The conveying and mixing plant is provided with a movable material container (1), a self travelling chassis arranged at the container equipped with a steering unit (7, 9, 11, 13). Lifting cylinders (3) are so adjustable across an automatic adjustment (5), that the plant is always maintained horizontally. The driving motors (15) are assigned to the worm conveyor shafts (17, 18), which deliver the bulk material to the delivery pipe (21), so that a complete emptying of the container is ensured. The container base (31) is rotationally fixed with the lifting cylinder arm (33) at the chassis (13) across the broad strip hinge (35).
