A tyre filling composition made from a component (A) consisting of at least 89 % water together with inorganic and/or organic additives which control the reaction, and a component (B) comprising 5-35 wt. % of at least one isocyanate-containing compound, 5-30 wt. % of at least one hydroxyl group-containing compound and non-reactive additives, used in a volume ratio (B):(A) of 0.8:1.2 to 1.2:0.8 or a weight ratio (B):(A) of 1:1 to 1:1.5.
