A closure (5) for an ampoule gives a sealed closing action with a cone adapter (3) at the ampoule (1). The closure is preferably polyurethane, silicon, polyethylene terephthalate or other thermoplastic or a rubber elastic material of a suitable Shore hardness. When opened, it is prevented (8) from return to the original position for further manipulation.
