Bicycle stand

The bicycle stand has a stirrup which curves along a circle, and passes through the front and rear wheels (6,7). It has a pivot arm (17) at one end and via which it turns on the column. It also passes through two openings (11,12) in the mounting arm (2). Together with the openings, it is in a plane to which the pivot axis is at right angles. The pivot joint (14) is locked and freed by a mechanism (22) working at right angles to the pivot axis. The stirrup diameter can be greater than the distance (FA) between the rims of the front and rear wheels.
