The pivot mechanism allows pivoting of the control housing in both vertical and horizontal planes, using a stationary vertical rotation axis (2), for pivoting in the horizontal plane and a pivot bearing (4), fitted directly to the rotation axis, for pivoting in the vertical plane. Pref. the pivot bearing is provided by a thickened section (5) of the vertical rotation axis, forming a spherical bearing surface cooperating with a spherical bearing socket (3) attached to the control housing. |
