PURPOSE:To preclude a wrong decision from being made owing to an error in the machining of a substrate by deciding that a red-hue picture element obtained by a hue conversion part is a picture element at a copper foil part when the value of the picture element is larger than a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:A control part 46 reads an expanded land extraction area 49a out of a teaching table 38 and supplies it to an image processing part 39, and also supplies image data on an unmounted substrate 25 stored in a memory 37 to the image processing part 39, thereby cutting the image of the land extraction area 49a from said image data. Then the control part 46 supplies a hue lightness conversion command to the image processing part 39 to perform the hue lightness conversion of respective picture elements constituting the image in the land extraction area 49a. Further, the control part 46 calls a land extraction routine to extract a red hue Rc(ij) corresponding to one picture element (ij). Then, the control part 46 checks whether or not the red hue is larger than the predetermined land extraction reference value C and decides that the picture element (ij) is the picture element at the copper foil part when Rc(ij)>C. |
