摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to make practically a magnetic element usable in a high frequency band without making its low magnetic loss property disappear even if a DC magnetic field is once applied to the magnetic element by a method wherein a perming type Ni-Zn-Co ferrite having a specified low magnetic loss is used for the magnetic element. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic element is formed of an oxide magnetic material consisting of the range of a composition of 56 to 5mol% of an Fe2O3, 12 to 20mol% of a ZnO, 0.4 to 32mol% of Ni, 0.5 to 5mol% of an MnCO3 or an MnO2, 0.1 to 6mol% of a CuO, 0.01 to 32mol% of a Co3O4 and 0 to 3wt.% of a V2O5. When the temperature of the magnetic element is assumed 100 deg.C or higher and the Curie temperature of the magnetic element is assumed Tc( deg.C), this magnetic element is heated at a temperature of Tc+100 deg.C or lower. Simultaneously with this, a DC electric field to correspond to the magnitude stronger than a coercive force (Hc) in the major loop of the B-H curve of the element is applied to the element. Thereby, even if a DC magnetic field is once applied to the element, the low-magnetic loss property of the element is not disappeared and the magnetic element can be practically used in a high frequency band.
