摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the productivity of a flexible solar cell by making a holding substrate and the thin film solar cell easily separable, by a method wherein the thin film solar cell is formed on the holding substrate through the intermediary of a bonding film to make the holding substrate and the thin film solar cell easily separable from the bonding film. CONSTITUTION:A smaller spaced bonding film 2 is formed on a holding substrate 1 and after bonding a thin film substrate 3 in the same space as that of bonding film 2 onto the film 2, overall surface of the holding substrate including the thin film substrate 3 is covered with a seal-insulating film 4. Next, a thin film solar cell 8 comprising a laminated body of a metallic conductive film 5, an amorphous semiconductor made photoactive film 6 and a transparent conductive film 7 is formed directly above the thin film substrate 3 through the intermediary of the seal-insulating film 4 to cover-protect the overall surface of cell with a transparent insulating film 9. A semi-completed body 10 is manufactured by stamping or cutting off a projected part. In such a semi-completed body 10, all the parts above the bonding film 2 are peeled off to manufacture a finished body 11 of flexible thin film solar cell-comprising a thin film substrate 3, a seal-insulating film 4, a thin film solar cell 8 and a transparent protective film 9.
