PURPOSE:To efficiently produce colored resin powder for toner by constituting a collision face so that the collision face is formed of a conical collision face and has the branched point of jet on the centerline of the jet and the jet length in the collision face upper than the branched point is made shorter in comparison with the jet length in the collision face lower than the branched point. CONSTITUTION:A powdery raw material 7 to be ground is supplied to an acceleration pipe 3 from an introduction port 1 provided to a grinder wall 11 in the upper part of the acceleration pipe 3. Compressed gas such as compressed air is introduced into the acceleration pipe 3 from a supplying nozzle 2. The powdery raw material 7 supplied to the acceleration pipe 3 is instantaneously accelerated and made high-speed. The powdery raw material 7 is discharged into a grinding chamber 8 from an outlet 13 of the acceleration pipe at high velocity and collides against the collision face 14 of a collision member 4 and is ground. The wall 6 of a grinding chamber is widely utilized for secondary collision. Therefore, the concn. of powder in the vicinity of the collision face 14 is not concentrated and treating efficiency of powder can be enhanced. Moreover fusion sticking of powder in the collision face 14 can be excellently inhibited. |
