The connector comprises the base (1) for attachment to the circuit board (CI), and the plug (7) coupled mechanically and electrically to it. The screen of the base comprising two sheets (2,4) is extended by elastic locking tongues (22) equipped with hooks (24). The screen (9a) of the plug has openings (90a) in which the hooks engage when the tongues rub against it to establish galvanic contact between the screens. The ends (23) of the tongues enter slots (32) in an insulating lever (3) which unlocks the combination when pressed (F1) in conjunction with a pull (F2) to withdraw the plug.
