PURPOSE:To obtain a SF6 gas sealing load switch equipped with a gas monitor for detecting the oxygen concentration in a sealed container sealing SF6 gas and for being able to carrying out self diagnosis alarm or sensor. CONSTITUTION:When the output value from a galvanic battery type oxygen sensor 100 exceeds a prescribed value, an alarm signal is outputted from an alarm output means 200 to an alarm display unit 12, and the alarm display unit 12 exerts alarm. Further, the output value from the galvanic battery type oxygen sensor 100 is compared with another prescribed value, and based on the result of the comparison the normality or abnormality of the galvanic battery type oxygen sensor 100 is discriminated by a diagnostic means. Since in accordance with the extent of the oxygen concentration in the sealed container alarm or sensor can be diagnosed, even an abrupt change in gas pressure in a short period of time or the detecting performance over a long period of time can both be detected securely. |
